First, you need to tell us what you want. You can do this by either calling us, or using our online guitar design page. I suppose you can write us a letter too, but not to many people do that these days!

Once we receive your specifications, we will write up a quote for the price of the instrument. The quoted price is good for thirty days. After 30 days, please contact us as the price may have to be adjusted due to the continous fluctuation of material costs.

If you decide you would like to have us build the instrument, we initially require 40% of the quoted price to be used as a deposit. This deposit is refundable, less a 10% processing fee, prior to any work being started on the instrument. Due to the nature of our business, no deposit money can be refunded once work on the instrument has commenced. Of course, if you want to pay more (or the entire instrument price) at this time, we're fine with that!

Upon receiving the deposit, your instrument will enter our work queue. We build our instruments in the order the requests are received. Our backlog varies, but we can give you a rough estimate as to when you could expect your instrument to be completed. Please note that we cannot commit to a firm delivery date. Circumstances sometimes arise that are out of our control, and rushing a job to meet a deadline is not what we're about. It is better to wait a little longer and have the instrument done right.

When the instrument is completed, the remainder of the balance is due prior to the instrument being delivered. Instruments not paid for within 90 days after notification of it's completion will be forfeited, along with all associated deposits.

We are certain that you will be pleased with your instrument. If on the off-chance, however, that you are not 100% satisfied, notify us within seven days of receiving the instrument and we will gladly refund your money. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and returned instruments must be undamaged and in saleable condition. Note that this policy cannot apply to instruments that have extreme personalized touches (i.e. inlaid names). With these instruments, the customer will be refunded their total purchase price once the instrument sells to another customer.

Payment can be made in the form of personal checks (allow 3 weeks to clear), money orders, cashiers checks or PayPal.
